- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple digital channels (Search, Social, Paid, Web, Email, etc.).
- Help monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) by identifying trends and potential optimization opportunities.
- Assist in tagging and pixel placement checks to ensure accurate tracking.
- Contribute to testing and measurement plans under the guidance of the Data Analytics Manager.
- Help prepare presentations and visual reports that communicate fi ndings in a clear, story-driven format.
- Research emerging analytics tools, trends, and technologies.
- Provide QA support for data accuracy in campaign reporting.
- Coursework or familiarity with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or a related fi eld (current university students encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic data visualization concepts.
- Basic understanding of web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics (GA4) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to commit 12-20 hours a week during 9-5 business hours.
- Hands-on experience with real client data and analytics tools.
- Mentorship from an experienced data analytics professional.
- Exposure to cross-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- A deeper understanding of media measurement, optimization, and storytelling with data.
