Together, we’re shaping the future of automotive and industrial solutions.How You’ll Make an ImpactAs a Quality System Analyst Intern, you will support our Global Quality team in enhancing digital quality systems, streamlining data processes, and ensuring documentation compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SharePoint-based systems, Power BI, data integration tools (ODBC, API), and participate in meaningful global quality operations.This role will be onsite in Lexington, KY. Ideally working 20 hours a week.How You'll Make an Impact
  • Maintain and update data sources for the Global Quality Management Review (GQMR) using ODBC, API, and SNAP.
  • Perform weekly audits of due documents and assist in uploading monthly GQMR reports into GQMS.
  • Reformat and standardize documentation across the Global Quality Management System (GQMS).
  • Maintain distribution lists for workflow names and document communication.
  • Support data preparation for ASTM data using training materials.
  • Work on special projects to support development of new technologies for the global quality team.
  • Manage user access for GQMR, GQIA, Power BI Workspace, and the Third Party Requirements Program (TPRP).
  • Other responsibilities as outlined by Valvoline as required.
What You’ll Need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Junior or Senior
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Excel, and basic Power BI functionality preferred.
  • Interest in quality systems, document control, and digital tools for operational excellence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What Will Set You Apart
  • Previous internship or work experience preferred.
