Mechanical Project Manager

- Manage all project phases, from initial sales to final execution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, and provide leadership during client meetings.
- Perform project management functions, including concept engineering, estimating, and proposal creation.
- Coordinate field labor and installation scheduling in collaboration with field leadership.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and costs to maintain financial control.
- Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and ensure effective communication with internal departments.
- Act as a mentor to junior staff and participate in recruiting and training initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, or management of HVAC projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards.
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of project management software such as Procore, BIM 360, and Con Docs is a plus.
- Valid Class C driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with an ability to motivate and guide team members.
