As a Systems Analyst I, you will support projects that translate environmental agency needs into software solutions. This is an entry-level, learning-focused role where curiosity, problem-solving, and communication are just as important as technical skills. You will be mentored by senior analysts and have a clear path to grow into Analyst II/III or other roles as Windsor expands.What You’ll Do
  • Assist with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Support business process reviews and data analysis tasks
  • Write and run SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
  • Learn and support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) routines, data mapping, and data transformation
  • Help configure Windsor software to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure success
  • Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and team documentation
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Zero to two years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or software implementation
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, with interest in learning ETL concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn from experienced mentors
  • Collaborative mindset and motivation to grow in a mission-driven company
