
Conference Coordinator

- Develop registration forms, agendas, Continuing Education (CE) tables and online registrations for Statewide meetings.
- Collaborate with event trainers for logistics concerning handouts, a/v requirements, and more.
- Conduct reports in event management system for Statewide deliverables and Voce Meetings, and other meetings/conference as assigned.
- Participate on annual conference planning and quarterly/statewide committees and attend planning meetings.
- Communicate with outside vendors to create brochures, programs, hand-outs and awards for Pennsylvania Permanency Conference.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, event planning management, or related field and three years' experience is preferred.
- Knowledge, skills and abilities in meeting planning and meeting marketing, including the preparation of promotional materials.
- Familiarity with computers and has technical skills related to audio visual needs.
- Ability to discern vendors, trainers and staff needs to create customized events.
- Demonstrate high level of customer service.
- Quickly learn an event management system is preferred.
- This position requires travel to and from the Voce home office and throughout the state as needed.
- A valid driver's license.
