The coordinator oversees registration development for the annual conference, the Statewide meetings, Quarterly meetings and ad hoc training programs.Schedule: Full Time, Exempt position works a minimum of 8 hours between 8 AM – 5 PM. This includes a 30-minute paid lunch.What You Will Contribute
  • Develop registration forms, agendas, Continuing Education (CE) tables and online registrations for Statewide meetings.
  • Collaborate with event trainers for logistics concerning handouts, a/v requirements, and more.
  • Conduct reports in event management system for Statewide deliverables and Voce Meetings, and other meetings/conference as assigned.
  • Participate on annual conference planning and quarterly/statewide committees and attend planning meetings.
  • Communicate with outside vendors to create brochures, programs, hand-outs and awards for Pennsylvania Permanency Conference.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What It Takes To Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, event planning management, or related field and three years' experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge, skills and abilities in meeting planning and meeting marketing, including the preparation of promotional materials.
  • Familiarity with computers and has technical skills related to audio visual needs.
  • Ability to discern vendors, trainers and staff needs to create customized events.
  • Demonstrate high level of customer service.
  • Quickly learn an event management system is preferred.
  • This position requires travel to and from the Voce home office and throughout the state as needed.
  • A valid driver's license.
