
Chiropractic Receptionist - Patient Care Coordinator

- Greet patients and guide them through their care experience and office tour
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, payments, and financial ledgers for transparency
- Coordinate provider calendars, appointments, and follow-ups
- Keep patients engaged through phone calls, texts, email, and social media messaging
- Oversee inventory and ordering for supplements, office supplies, and treatment equipment
- Support marketing, seminars, and lead follow-up to help new patients start care
- Learn and understand our holistic services-including chiropractic care, neuropathy programs, functional medicine, and advanced therapies-so you can confidently answer patient questions
- Contribute to a high-energy, growth-focused team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with scheduling software, email, and mobile apps (training provided)
- Highly organized and comfortable with multi-tasking in a busy setting
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial recordkeeping and inventory management
- Positive, team-player attitude with a passion for natural health and wellness
- Prior experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required-training provided
