- Technically lead the mechanical & analytics development team and manage projects effectively.
- Experience working with cross functional teams as well as globally dispersed teams a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
- Automation Skills: Familiarity with automation tools and software used in energy and analytics.
- Data Analysis: Skills in data analysis and statistics to interpret and analyze data effectively.
- Experience building highly reliable applications, requiring minimal support and maintenance.
- Exposure to software application development applied to mechanical product domain is preferred.
- Experience with built-environment energy analytics is strongly preferred.

- Lead, inspire, mentor, and encourage globally dispersed developers to apply industry's best practices.
- Design, implement, and support our solutions and applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with other engineering teams to align project deliverables with project schedules and budgets. Work on the inception phase of projects, including collecting requirements, suggesting methodologies and technologies, and release planning.
- Identifying potential risks: Proposing mitigation strategies to manage risks in mechanical design.
- Staying updated on industry regulations: Integrating industry regulations into engineering processes and engaging with regulatory bodies for technical design reviews.
- Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Basic understanding of thermodynamics and energy analytics.
- Exposure to the energy analytics as applied to the built environment will be an added plus.
- 8-10 years of product development experience preferably with digital domain knowledge applied to industrial products.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others both written and orally, with good interpersonal skills.
- A good mix of product strategy and product management exposure is preferred (not mandatory).
