Level 1Pre Assembly for the final product. Putting receiver, barrels, and forends together. Must be able to deburr, file, fit, tap, and polish the parts. Should be good with their hands.Level 2Full assembly of product (as described above), including trigger and wood. Must be able to final their own product completely.FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:1. Perform all assigned assembly duties listed above2. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee.3. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety procedures.4. Perform inspection of assembled products & document results.5. Complete & maintain paperwork for parts as required6. Assist in other areas as needed.7. Communication proficiency, mathematical skills, mechanical capacity, technical capacity & time management skills are requiredREQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalent required1 year of related experience preferred
