
Document Control Coordinator

- Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and standardize project delivery from an administrative perspective.
- Processing a variety of document types and records through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines.
- Updating and maintaining electronic file repositories and databases
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, project documentation, and deliverables, as needed
- Copying, scanning, compiling, and assembling documents, drawings, and othe project documentation
- Retrieving and distributing project materials such as drawings, reports, and other project information as requested
- Attend project meetings when required.
- Follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- File and document control of engineering documents. This includes tracking incoming and outgoing information.
- Maintain accurate and current project logs and lists
- Assist the procurement team with expediting of documents to/from customers and vendors.
- Assist with project control processes.
- Assist with project closeout and archiving.
- Participate in post project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Perform other general administrative tasks and support to the team as required.
- Ensuring the application of all defined Andritz procedures and standards in execution of work.
- Commercial or business administration degree or equivalent experience, with practical experience in a B2B industry of at least 3-5 years
- Working knowledge of SAP
- 3+ years of document and records management experience
- Possess a working knowledge of document control work processes and procedures. General understanding and familiarity of document and record keeping principles
- Competent in use of desktop computer and peripherals (Windows)
- Competent in Microsoft Office products (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Can work as part of a team with a positive attitude and ability to work under supervision. Ability to interact effectively with project management and staff.
- Safely lift generally 25 lbs. to assist with organizing documents typically in the form of large size drawings, binders, books, or other materials. Proper PPE will be provided.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision across multiple projects concurrently.
