
Sales Executive - Project Management Services / Staffing

- Own and develop outbound sales pipeline
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Identify and engage with PMO Directors, CIOs, and HR decision-makers
- Utilize seamless.AI, Indeed, and internal marketing to generate leads
- Partner with the CEO and Marketing Director on sales enablement and campaigns
- Close 1–2 new contract staffing deals per month (ideal benchmark)
- Mid-market to large enterprises across industries (not construction)
- Past clients include Comcast, First Source, and others
- Ideal entry points: PMO Directors, CIOs, HR/Procurement
- 4%–6% of deal value (uncapped); Commission is $18K per deal (annualized) Average
- Commission paid monthly as invoices are collected
- Higher percentage for longer-term or outbound-sourced deals
