Sales Executive - Project Management Services / Staffing - 27762201Our Client was founded over 12 years ago by a prominent project management thought leader and his company is a Project Management Consulting and Staffing firm headquartered in the USA. The firm distinguishes itself by being the only consultancy solely focused on project management services—including Contract Staffing, Project Management Organization Consulting, and Training.Despite minimal outbound sales effort to date, the company has doubled revenue in the past two years and was recently ranked the #1 project management consulting firm on the Inc. 5000 list. The firm is fully remote, lean, and profitable, with a well-respected industry brand, especially through the owner’s visibility in the Project Management community.Company BackgroundThe Founder and CEO, is a former corporate PMO leader who started the company out of frustration with the lack of true PM-specialized vendors. A natural operator and respected figure in the PM world, he is now focused on accelerating growth with a structured outbound sales strategy. He will directly manage this role and offers full executive access, clear vision, and strategic collaboration.This is a strategic and high-impact role for a hunter-minded, experienced B2B sales professional with a background in staffing. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building the outbound sales engine, developing new client relationships, and driving revenue in staffing services (primarily contract PM placements).Work Environment
  • 100% remote team across the U.S.

  • Unlimited PTO, flexible hours, and mature, trust-based operations
Responsibilities:
  • Own and develop outbound sales pipeline
  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Identify and engage with PMO Directors, CIOs, and HR decision-makers
  • Utilize seamless.AI, Indeed, and internal marketing to generate leads
  • Partner with the CEO and Marketing Director on sales enablement and campaigns
  • Close 1–2 new contract staffing deals per month (ideal benchmark)
Primary Offerings:Project Management Staffing: 75%+ of revenue; contract and direct hire. (IT Project Management is their biggest area -- Don't do construction management because that requires onsite people. They are in every industry but again heavy on IT Project Management.Consulting: PMO buildouts, maturity assessments, process redesign (they started as a consulting company but found that most roads led to staffing -- they have put more effort into that.Training: Up-skilling Project Management teams in tools and methodologiesTarget Clients:
  • Mid-market to large enterprises across industries (not construction)
  • Past clients include Comcast, First Source, and others
  • Ideal entry points: PMO Directors, CIOs, HR/Procurement
Base Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 (DOE)Commissions:
  • 4%–6% of deal value (uncapped); Commission is $18K per deal (annualized) Average
  • Commission paid monthly as invoices are collected
  • Higher percentage for longer-term or outbound-sourced deals
