This role requires strong results-oriented focus to own and execute significant programs across the team. To be successful, you must combine strong technical, research and analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. Excellent communication skills are a must to build trust and drive alignment across both design and operations spaces. You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history!Export Control License
This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon's ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree or above in a technical or engineering related field, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
- Experience previously in program or project management
- Knowledge of industry technologies in program or product domain (e.g., hardware, network, software, systems) and how to apply those technologies to solve problems
- Experience driving multiple products through a complete lifecycle
- Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, ability to present and explain design, defect data, metrics, supplier quality, improvement initiatives and status to top leadership and/ or government officialsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple cross-team customers, to delivery and completion
- Experience as a technical lead managing small teams of engineers; ability to mentor and guide engineers

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
