  • Lead and manage multiple engineering programs to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to execute program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all program phases.
  • Manage risks and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Jira.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
