Stakeholder Management: Engage with machine learning and product leaders to influence and guide the use of friction to mitigate risk without compromising on customer experience.Project Management: Lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a new feature, service, product, or system. Gather business requirements, identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities, and develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project.Change Management & Innovation: Develop and/or influence new ideas/approaches. Establish procedures, plans and practices which promote the adoption of appropriate solutions and sustainability of desired results in complex operational environments. Develop strategies to enhance decision making.Results & Accountability: Drive and facilitate complex projects with a focus on results and measuring attainment of outcomes. Ensure that effective controls are developed and maintained across the organization. Take corrective action, as appropriate with a strong commitment towards goals and outcomes and to ensure the completion within established time frames.Collaboration: Partner with (advise and support) tech, global process owners, site leaders, and operation managers in identifying, defining and executing various process improvement projects.Communication: Drive weekly meetings to review key metrics. Identify root causes and create action plans to address. Hold team members accountable for progress on key program actions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
