As a Cosmetology Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the futures of aspiring cosmetologists. You'll create and implement engaging lesson plans, deliver practical demonstrations, and assess student performance while fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a curriculum that meets industry standards and inspires student creativity.
- Conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations in cosmetology techniques.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students, facilitating their growth and success.
- Maintain classroom management and uphold a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
- Contribute to program assessments to ensure continuous improvement and high educational standards.
- Be part of an innovative and collaborative team that values creativity and education.

- Must hold an active Cosmetology Teacher License in the State of Illinois.
- Hands-on experience in the cosmetology industry.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate students in a collaborative learning environment.
- Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm CST
