- Operating various production machinery and tools.
- Produces the required quantity of products within established specifications and tolerances
- Perform quality testing on finished products.
- Assembling products and parts in manufacturing process.
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper set up and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance.
- Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
- Maintains a clean, safe and orderly work area while following health and safety guidelines.
- Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Prolonged working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operating machines, and inspect parts produced.
