The position will provide the management team with ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions. The position will develop reporting tools through system improvement projects.   • General monthly reports and create new ones to provide an understanding of financial results to the management team. Assist the accounting team in required EM Division and Corporate submissions.
  • Direct the cross functional organization planning process leading to detailed budget and midterm plan submissions to FUJIFILM Electronic Materials Division and Corporate Planning Groups.
  • Create financial analysis to support critical strategic business decisions.
  • Create and develop financial systems capabilities to improve overall efficiency, availability of information and effectiveness of reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in accounting, planning or business evaluation is required.
  • Experience with SAP across multiple releases desired.
  • Strong systems skills including expert use of MS365 with emphasis on Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience developing and executing IT project plans to support efficiency and growth in the reporting and forecasting capabilities.
