
Plant Material Planner Coordinator

- Coordinate the Build up the Procurement Program by dividing and levelling piece procurements, based on inventory model
- Follow up the Procurement Program realization by managing alert systems and follow the unloading, receipt and transportation of pieces.
- Monitor and review that Material planners Follow supplier delivery performance (supplier Mis deliveries Per Million) and the service of logistics partners and propose appropriate improvement action plans.
- Adherence to material cost by following premium freight and spot buy budget.
- Monitor and measure the secure supply for raw materials on weekly basis according to production plan (PDP)
- Claim to suppliers due to disruptions in the supply chain
- Follow up current purchasing standards from schedule agreements (SA) with suppliers.
- Verify that Sales and Production Plan (PIC) capacity requirements can be supported by suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Apply FES standards for effective procurement, reliable receiving and just needed inventory.
- Standardize procedures for the department (Standard works)
- Level load workload from the material planner
- System set ups and parameter maintenance for SAP.
- Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site's management systems.
English Language FluencyExperience :
- At least 2.5 years in the automotive manufacturing, or similar industry
- Experience with SAP Logistics
- Experience as Material Planner or Scheduler
- Knowledge for logistics general commercial terms (INCOTERMS)
- Negotiation Skills, Analytics skills
- MRP tools
