You will partner with marketing teams to build digital experiences for our client solutions teams around the world. Leveraging a multidisciplinary skill set spanning UX/UI analysis, content coordination, design, and technology, you will ensure the firm’s digital experiences are user-centric, visually compelling, and consistently aligned with brand standards.Your responsibilities will be to:
  • Work with channel marketing managers and client solutions across the globe to build local digital marketing presence that enhances client engagement.
  • Develop and optimize user journeys across digital products by ideating, prototyping, and collaborating in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative digital solutions.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of company-wide design systems and UI components.
  • Uphold and enforce brand standards in all digital assets, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights; analyze findings to inform and enhance digital experiences.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations on design concepts and research findings to stakeholders, championing user-centered design principles.
  • Serve as the lead curator of the Hamilton Lane Digital Marketing Tech Stack ensuring that all platforms, tools, and integrations effectively support company objectives and enable the marketing team to operate at peak efficiency.
  • Manage digital deployment team oversees daily and periodic maintenance and updates of digital properties, including management of website content, ongoing UX monitoring, project tracking, and performance reporting to the wider marketing team.
  • Direct the technical and content aspects of major web initiatives with our external development partner, including site refreshes, launches of new product pages, compliance updates, and phased development roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with project committees on the planning and execution of global digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Market Overview), managing logistics, user communications, microsite development, webcasts, and post-event reporting.
  • Serve as a central resource for the implementation and decentralized support of email marketing campaigns, process guides, templates, and style documentation while overseeing rollout of new platforms.
  • Foster an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative team culture; onboard and mentor new team members.
  • Stay current with MarTech trends, bringing research and competitive insights to inform and improve digital strategy.
  • Manage digital content and campaigns team that supports a broad range of cross-functional initiatives, including paid digital campaigns, social media advocacy, and digital reporting for leadership.
Your background will include:
  • Bachelor's degree in digital media, computer science, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues) with proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and to use metrics to monitor and advance a course of action or strategy.
  • Proficiency with design and web tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (Kentico).
  • Strong grounding in UX/UI best practices, accessibility, and web standards.
  • Ability to conduct and analyze user research, usability, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, .NET preferred).
  • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional project management skills in a team environment.
