- Outstanding customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Have ability to answer a high volume switchboard, greet customers & perform general cashiering duties.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role with multi-line phones is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting preferred but not required.
- Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus.
