Rental/Loaner Car Agent - Sunset Cadillac of Bradenton

- Maintain a fleet of loaner/rental cars for customer use
- Write up rental agreements on computer system
- Collect required documentation from customers
- Be up to date on rental car regulations and requirements
- Determine availability on vehicles outside our fleet as required
- Deliver and/or pick-up vehicles as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines, policies and practices.
- Attend all scheduled shifts on time
- Light housekeeping of your area
- Previous experience in a rental car company or a rental department in a dealership setting preferred
- Must have great reading skills, be detail-oriented, professional, organized, and able to multi-task with great customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in very busy Professional Rental Car Department
- All candidates must have a valid driver's license and verifiable work history
