- Lead Fixed Operations at one dealership location, overseeing Parts, Service, and Warranty departments.
- Recruit, hire, and develop managers and employees who embody being Humble, Hungry, and Smart.
- Create a culture where employees feel valued, and customers feel cared for throughout their ownership journey.
- Drive financial performance through accurate forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Coach and mentor managers with empathy and accountability, using high emotional intelligence to guide performance.
- Handle employee and customer challenges directly and professionally, strengthening long-term trust.
- Implement processes that ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction at every level.
- Proven success leading large, multi-department teams (50+ employees).
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI management.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
- Background in automotive, RV, heavy equipment, manufacturing, aviation, logistics, or big box retail strongly preferred.
- A leadership style that demonstrates humility, hunger, and people smarts.
- Prior leadership in dealership fixed operations, service management, or large-scale operations management.
- Experience mentoring and developing managers into strong leaders.
- Ability to move throughout facilities for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor dealership environments.
- Performance-based compensation ranging from $115,000–$150,000 annually, with additional growth opportunities as our company continues to expand.
