Position Summary... As a part of the Walmarts Inventory Health Team, you will develop and deliver solutions that improve availability and the shopping experience for our customers.   • Team Leadership: You will lead a team of Manager level associates; guiding the team from a strategic standpoint and developing your associates.
  • Outcome Ownership: Will be responsible for inventory productivity/outcomes through specified ordering channels.
  • Business Partnerships: You'll work with leadership to understand goals and key business challenges, develop hypotheses, and create tactical research plans. You'll provide actionable recommendations and support the implementation of business solutions.
  • Project Scope: You'll own work streams and individual projects end-to-end, managing risks associated with implementation.
  • Model Development: You'll develop data models for projects to drive business results and collaborate with project teams to implement modeling solutions.
  • Proof of Concept and Prototype: You'll manage the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready algorithms, overseeing the testing and validation process.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: You'll address complex business problems using advanced analytics, make strategic recommendations, and manage data analysis strategy.
  • Collaboration: You'll collaborate with functional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop consultative solutions, interface with external business partners and vendors, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
