Senior Control Systems Engineer - Industrial Automation SpecialistWe're seeking an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our innovative team in designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions across multiple industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced control systems while potentially expanding into business development for the right candidate.Position OverviewAs a Senior Control Systems Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing sophisticated control systems solutions, working with industry-leading technologies and diverse industrial applications.Essential Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement complex control systems using Allen-Bradley platforms
  • Create and maintain logic diagrams, wiring schematics, and P&IDs
  • Lead PLC programming initiatives utilizing MicroLogix, ControlLogix, and CompactLogix platforms
  • Configure and program HMI systems using PanelView and Factory Talk
  • Perform system integration and troubleshooting for industrial automation projects
  • Execute on-site commissioning and startup activities
  • Provide technical leadership in equipment diagnostics and system optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience programming Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs
  • Proven expertise with Factory Talk Panel View systems
  • Demonstrated success in system commissioning and startup
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
