Temporary Opportunity: This is a temporary role expected to start 9/8/2025 and last approximately 14 weeks

What You'll Do:
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs and regulatory requirements
Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and department managers
Manage and track employee time-off requests, shift swaps, and call-outs
Collaborate with department heads to plan staffing for holidays, vacations, and special events
Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and staffing patterns
What You'll Need:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting required
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service with a professional and compassionate demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff, residents, and families
