Maintenance Technician – Residential & Commercial Properties (Yuba-Sutter Area)We’re partnering with a long-standing property management company in the Yuba-Sutter area to bring on a Maintenance Technician. This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting residential and commercial properties with day-to-day maintenance and repair needs. While prior experience is helpful, the right candidate with a solid mechanical mindset and willingness to learn may be trained.What You’ll Be Doing:Perform general maintenance tasks such as light plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and minor carpentryRespond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional mannerConduct walkthroughs and basic inspections to identify potential maintenance issuesInstall, repair, or replace fixtures, appliances, and other property equipmentMaintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areasCollaborate with outside vendors or contractors for larger projects when neededTrack maintenance activity and supplies used for accurate reportingWho We’re Looking For:Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance equipmentBasic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems is a plus (not required)Organized, dependable, and able to manage time wellCapable of working independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and a strong sense of safety and qualityMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationFlexible to be on-call for occasional after-hours emergenciesPay & Schedule:$18.00–$20.00hr (based on experience)Full-time, Monday–Friday schedulePotential for long-term growth with the companyInterested?Apply online at or call our Yuba City office at 530-671-9202 for more info.About Express Yuba City:We connect skilled candidates with great local employers.
