- Candidate will primarily function as part of the program team supporting the FFG 62 Program Management Team but will also serve as part of the broader RMS Waterfront Enterprise Team (that supports a range of Ship Integration, Test and Support efforts on various programs and ship classes in other geographical locations).
- You will be responsible for supporting the onsite Manager as directed on shipboard planning, installation, and test support activities for shipboard mission/combat systems.
- Specific responsibilities assigned may include but are not limited to: assisting in the development and execution of the overall FFG 62 Ship Integration and Test (SI&T) strategy; Assisting with the daily support activities of personnel to execute the ship mission/combat systems installation (including the cable plant) and test efforts; providing general waterfront support activities as requested by the Program Management Organization (PMO);
- If selected, you will collaborate with other internal groups including the production support team, the engineering organization, the Ship Integration & Test (SI&T) organization, and the PMO staff as well as external groups including SUPSHIP, FMM, NAVSEA and other government agencies and contractors as required.

- Knowledge of test development and execution, including test procedure development, test planning and scheduling, test dependency management, test tracking and reporting, problem tracking and closure, and production, vendor, and customer coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships (both internal to LM and with customers).
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and the generation of reports, presentations and other required internal/external written communication and documentation.
- Candidate will be required on an infrequent basis to go underway on units and to frequently work on moored pier-side units. Physical ability to navigate steep stairs and ladders as well as work in confined spaces is a requirement.
- Qualified candidate must have a Final DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered. US citizenship is required.
- Knowledge of the Aegis Program and its Weapon System Integration, Test and Waterfront Support requirements.
- Ability to research design and implementation issues, read and translate ship drawings, and communicate construction approaches and deficiencies.
- Ability to perform analysis and studies in depth, make professional presentations, and keep up with technical advancement
