- Represent Asmark’s product leadership, owning the product relationship with stakeholders.
- Oversee the product roadmap and development lifecycle, leading UX/UI, and collaborating closely with engineering and cross functional stakeholders.
- Build and refine scalable, efficient processes that support clarity and accountability.
- Stay hands-on—willing to get into the details to keep work moving.
- In collaboration with Asmark leadership, bridge the technical, design, and business teams with clear and aligned strategic direction.
- Mentor and model high-impact cross-functional leadership across teams.
- Leverage new technologies and data to drive smarter decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead grow and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Design with deep empathy for ag-sector users—ensuring products are reliable and field-ready.
- Align development efforts with Asmark’s mission and growth goals.
- Identify and act on opportunities to expand market share and enhance client value.
- Proven experience leading product teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices (Agile)
- Expertise in user-centered design principles (UX/UI).
- Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels and across functions.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring success and iterating based on user feedback.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements, with a problem-solving mindset and passion for creating user-first products
- Experience working in a software organization undergoing rapid growth or transformation.
- Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and experience aligning teams around quarterly goals.
- Background in startup, scale-up, or similarly dynamic environments.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
