
Clinical Applications Specialist, IT

- Provide day to day support of clinical applications within the APDerm IT environment including patient merges, troubleshooting and remediating interface and application issues, knowledge of relevant workflows, build, training, testing and end user access provisioning/facilitation.
- Operate across multiple projects simultaneously and assume responsibility for offering clinical applications insight and design/build/test/train/implement resourcing on assigned projects.
- Serve as liaison between internal customers and external vendors and partners to understand workflows, system applications and technology requirements and facilitate implementation and application functionality.
- Participate in training of staff on clinical applications, including on site provider training.
- Responsible for clear oral and written communication of ticket and issue status, project updates, workflow and application functional changes, training documentation and application forms.
- 4-year college degree. Can be substituted with 5 years of application support experience.
- 4 Year college degree in a technical or clinical field
- Certifications in applications and technology relevant to the APDerm application portfolio
- Demonstrated experience with IT projects and/or application support
