Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to support daily IT operations as part of a North America-based team. This hands-on role provides Tier 1 and 2 technical support to both local and remote users across corporate, manufacturing, R&D, and field environments. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and enterprise applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telecom issues
Manage service requests via ServiceNow and maintain documentation
Support secure endpoint technologies and IAM solutions
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and other regulatory standards
Collaborate with IT, Cybersecurity, and vendor partners to improve service delivery
Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
1+ years of Service Desk experience
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, mobile platforms, and endpoint management tools
Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, and secure IT practices
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
