This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the insurance sector.Position Overview:As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in:Managing and servicing existing client accounts, including handling communications, policy adjustments, renewals, processing payments, and overseeing claims.Proactively quoting and re-marketing existing policies as necessary.Enhancing business growth through cross-selling initiatives within Personal Lines accounts.Liaising with insurance carrier underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure seamless service delivery.Qualifications and Experience:A background of 1 – 3 years in Personal Lines within an insurance agency setting.Proficiency in using the Applied Agency Management System.A solid understanding of Personal Insurance Lines coverages.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Employment Details:This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM.
