JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Personal Insurance Account ManagerA local agency needs an experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager. Must have a strong work ethic, a drive to succeed and a "can do" attitude. This is a fun company to work for, flexible time and a great compensation package.Duties will include:
  • Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto ID Cards, order MVR's and issue certificates
  • Accurately input policy updates and account information.
  • Communicate with client, producer/agent, and carrier underwriters regarding policy and coverage related questions and information.
  • Responsible for the marketing/quoting process for both new business and account renewals.
  • Identify, compile, and manage information regarding account renewals.
  • Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
Qualifications:
  • Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years independent agency or retail broker experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage & rating.
  • Agency Management System software experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
