- Identify, screen, and evaluate the performance of infants and children using industry-standard measures
- Develop and ensure follow-up on treatment goals from the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) in the home, in accordance with funding requirements, clinical best practices, and family collaboration
- Provide intervention in areas such as cognition, social behavior, perceptual motor skills, and learning styles
- Complete assessments, progress notes, and insurance verification reports within established timelines
- Maintain client records in compliance with Department of Public Health and Eliot protocols
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working infancy/early childhood
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Development/Education, Special Education, Psychology, or related field a plus
- Bilingual in Portuguese, Arabic or Haitian Creole preferred
