- Observe and evaluate children to assist with identifying functional goals and interventions
- Provide intervention in the areas of postural control, mobility, muscle tone, range of motion, sensory integration, perceptual motor, oral motor, and activities of daily living.
- Develop and ensure follow-up to treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Offer training, input and guidance to the Team that promotes client independence
- Observe and evaluate clients to identify conditions and needs, collaborating with the team to determine effective actions
- Serve as a resource to educate clients, their families, and other supports about the client's condition and needs
- Facilitate communication within the team and with external supports, including medical services, psychiatric services, care coordination entities, family members, and other involved providers
- Participate in assessments and treatment plan development
- Must possess a current OTR/L license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Experience working with children 0-3 years of age with developmental delays or disabilities
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license and reliable transportation
