Overview:Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for Patient Placement/Discharge Unit!Schedule: 5pm-3am, some weekends and holidays requiredLocation: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston SalemEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience and prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.The Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.   • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
  • Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training
