- Project Oversight and Execution: Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget, communicate with clients, handle invoicing and change order/modification requests.
- Laboratory Testing: Coordinate laboratory testing and conduct geotechnical engineering analyses.
- Proposal and Report Preparation: Prepare geotechnical proposals, engineering reports, and design documents.
- Client Management: Engage in business development and manage client relationships.
- Staff Supervision: Mentor and supervise staff, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or closely related field
- A minimum of 4 years experience in Geotechnical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and related experience
- At least 1 year of work experience as a project manager or working under a project manager
- A Professional Engineer license in Georgia or ability to obtain, a plus
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn commercial software applications
