ECommerce Advertising Manager

RefrigiWear is looking for an experienced ECommerce Advertising Manager that will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to drive traffic to and increase sales on refrigiwear.com through a variety of promotional and marketing efforts including PPC/PLA/SEM advertising, affiliates, social marketing, promotions, email, and other digital marketing efforts. Interested in the day to day responsibilities?
  • Create/monitor and direct agencies as they create/monitor comprehensive SEM campaigns for customer acquisition across all channels including, Google and Bing AdWords, Google/Bing Shopping and Display Networks.
  • Create plans and coordinate internal/agency activities as they support Programmatic Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Advertising, PPC in Amazon, and other customer acquisition activities as directed.
  • Direct all agencies related to managing customer acquisition activities, including creating and revising plans and guiding agencies with internal company knowledge of products and categories.
  • Track and analyze all relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and share results with other team or team members to improve digital marketing/sales (e.g., KPIs that lead to improved conversions or product marketing).
  • In coordination with Marketing and Sales leadership, develop future digital marketing plans/customer acquisition plans for B2C and B2B channels.
  • Coordinate ecommerce campaigns and plans with the following to ensure consistency in campaigns, improve outcomes and avoid customer confusion:
  • Interactive Marketing Manager (owns on-site technology/functionality);
  • Communications Specialist (owns email and on-site campaign calendars); and
  • Marketplace Ecommerce Specialist (owns Amazon and other marketplaces).
  • Manage budgets and agencies for all customer acquisition activities/advertising.
  • Provide support for project management of key activities in marketing.
What's your background?
  • Bachelor's degree in the field of marketing or advertising and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field of digital marketing or e-commerce.
  • Must have 3-5 years of Google/Bing advertising (PPC/PLA) as a core requirement.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer acquisition with some experience in Affiliate Marketing, Social Advertising and Programmatic/Display Advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS etc.). Hands-on experience tracking e-commerce in Google Analytics.
  • Experienced in reporting performance of various digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research. Ability to analyze and forecast trends and identify target audiences.
  • 2+ years working with agencies / agency management with partners that support Ecommerce customer acquisition through advertising activities.
  • Knowledge of business and marketing operations.
  • Ability to interface with people at all levels, including customers and external vendors.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong MS Excel skills; Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage projects independently.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
