Responsibilities
  • Lead team of 15 to 30 hourly associates with varying levels of experience and education
  • Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety
  • Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues
  • Motivate the team to achieve performance targets
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings to achieve continuous improvement process
  • Coach team members to use the process and facilitate problem solving on the floor
  • Job level will vary based on experience and scope of role
  • Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
  • Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
  • Motivate team members to achieve plan goals
  • Organize and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)
  • Solve daily operational issues
  • Administer corrective actions, policies and practices
  • Initiate and implement projects
  • Conduct presentations and formal training programs
  • Improve team communication and engagement
  • Achieve key performance metrics to drive business success
  • Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
  • Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Highly motivated, self starter
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy needed to work with software packages such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Compensation and Benefits:
  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to work flexible, off-shift schedules (2nd: 3pm-11pm/3rd: 11pm-7am flex)
  • Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
  • Must pass a drug screen and background investigation
