- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning BlueTeam as the preferred service provider
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new contracts and opportunities within client portfolios to drive revenue growth and expand BlueTeam's presence
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, collaborating closely to ensure that client needs are met, and expectations are exceeded
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through transparent communication, effective problem-solving, and a relentless commitment to outstanding customer service
- Travel: Travel to client properties and corporate offices as needed to maintain in-person relationships and gather insights into client operations
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate internal reports and analyze performance metrics to provide insights for quarterly and annual business reviews with both internal and client stakeholders
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in national account management or a related role, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%)
- Experience in the commercial services industry, including disaster recovery, reconstruction, cap-ex construction, or roofing.
- Previous experience working with clients in multiple states and locations.
- Understanding of relevant compliance and industry regulations.
