- Troubleshooting and support experience with Windows Client and Outlook Client issues
- General knowledge of email systems, specifically Office 365 Exchange Online
- Troubleshooting skills for client connectivity, networking, and security
- Proficient problem solver with excellent listening skills

- Proficient problem solver with the ability to anticipate end-user needs
- Manages time effectively and works collaboratively in a team setting
- Contract duration should span over 2 months.
- Client will designate 1 point of contact in Enon and 1 in Irving for escalation purposes.
- End users will include both onsite and shipping individuals, with an estimated 50/50 split.
- Contractor will assist users with receiving and return instructions.
- Specific setup requirements include:
- Enon, OH: 550 on-premise devices, 140 Surface 7-11 autopilot setup,
- Irving Texas: 350 Surface 7-11 autopilot setup. and 900 HP 640 G10 autopilot setup.
- Setup times for each device:
- Hands-on time: 20 minutes.
- Unattended time for Carbon Black sync: 3-4 hours.
- Enon, OH: 2 resources for 5 weeks, averaging 30 devices per day.
- Irving, TX: 2 resources for 8 weeks, averaging 30 devices per day.
