Their team fosters a collaborative and professional work culture that values growth and excellence.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and expertise in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Manage budgets, contracts, scheduling, and financial reporting
  • Ensure safety standards and compliance are met daily
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally
  • Identify new project opportunities and assist with preconstruction estimating
  • Resolve issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Lead and mentor teams to achieve project goals
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
  • Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and specifications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Based in Fort Myers, FL, with availability to travel across the Gulf Coast region as needed
