
Senior Manager, Performance Experience & CRO

- Build, inject, and manipulate front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within CRO platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely).
- Rapidly prototype and deploy A/B and multivariate tests across key user journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, back-end engineers, and marketers to define hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Work in agile sprints to deliver high-velocity experimentation with minimal disruption to core codebases.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight timelines, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
- Maintain clean, modular, and reusable code for test variants and UI enhancements.
- 4+ years of front-end or full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a CRO-focused role.
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript (vanilla and/or jQuery), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with CRO platforms like Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Comfort working in sandboxed environments or via tag managers (e.g., Adobe Launch, GTM).
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with React, Vue, or other modern JS frameworks.
- Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-traffic consumer platforms.
- Understanding of performance optimization and front-end debugging tools.
