- Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, cashier's checks-efficiently and accurately
- Keep things balanced: maintain your cash drawer and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support member needs: update accounts, respond to questions, and provide informed guidance
- Deliver outstanding service: create a welcoming, respectful environment for every member
- Keep operations smooth: assist with drive-up and night-drop services, maintain a secure workspace, and support your team
- Promote financial wellness: listen carefully to member goals and recommend helpful products or services
- Friendly, positive, and professional
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Able to think critically and multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on listening first, then finding the right solution
- A team player who steps up to help wherever needed
- Previous cash-handling and customer service experience (strongly preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using basic office technology (Microsoft Suite, adding machines, cash counters)
- Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
- Bilingual a plus!
