- Proven track record of leading complex global campaigns end-to-end, with strong operational rigor and measurable business results.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Expertise in marketing measurement, with a focus on connecting brand metrics to business impact and growth.
