- Working closely with all departments to determine and create needed technical training while adhering to Trane Technologies BOS standards.
- Creation of technical training program, that could include but not limited to; braze excellence, wiring excellence, TWI, TLDP, leadership training, hands-on simulated scenarios, presentations regarding procedures, job expectations and regulatory requirements, the safe operation of various equipment to produce desired results and general information intended to expedite development of personnel during onboarding process and/or employee development.
- Create, document, deliver, and track training activities
- Coordinate, build, and revise of training qualifications
- Develop evaluation process and conduct evaluations and determine approval or rejection of promotional, level/category, lateral and/or career progress.
- Lead and/or coordinate technical training facilitation and qualification
- Scheduling and organizing technical training classes. Schedule rooms, Dojo, trainers, and resources and other required training (GMP, HR, EHS, etc.)
- Read, create, and determine JBS, Standard Work needed for performing duties.
- Continually evaluate the processes and procedures to develop/modify existing JBS and work instructions for safety and efficiency.
- Supervise and assign trainers based on skill set
- Maintenance of technical training records and certification upkeep
- Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, applicable laws, Career Progress, and regulations.
- Troubleshoot problems and implement corrective actions.
- Create KPIs and access effectiveness of training program
- Prepare and communicate monthly Technical Training Metrics
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the Technical Training program status and initiatives
- Perform compliance self- audits, as required
- Periodically check certified operators for process compliance (Safety & Quality)
- Assist in change management, CAPA's, and deviations as needed in collaboration with cross functional team.
- Maintain KRONOS Pay System by reviewing, editing, and approving employee timecards

- Bachelor's degree preferred, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience in continuous improvement- based tools/techniques
- Previous experience as a training coordinator and/or training role preferred
- Must possess strong leadership and communication skills.
