Position SummaryDeloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.Work You'll Do
Drive software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs, utilizing SAP products. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements, including business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Drive the design, configuration, test, and support of SAP business modules to develop technical objects, including module and reports. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document, support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
  • Utilizing SAP Advanced Business Application Programming - Human Resource (ABAP & ABAP-HR), SAP Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP Payroll, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi Middleware, Postman to drive software development and implementation services of SAP Human Capital Management Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for both On premise and cloud based applications;
  • Driving various aspects of the full software development lifecycle for SAP implementation, which includes requirement gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues, using methodologies of Software development cycles using ASAP, Waterfall and AGILE- SCRUM;
  • Designing, Developing, Configuring and Monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, SAP Finance system using SAP Integration methods and middlewares including Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi, SAP Process Integration / Exchange Integration (PI/XI), SAP Application Link Enabling (ALE)/IDocs , ODATA APi's, Representational State Transfer (REST) & File Transfer Protocol (FTP) with 3rd party systems;
  • Driving the creation of technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, forms, Scripts and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing SAP standard technologies;
  • Building and developing software along with developing Technical Design Documents (TDD) from Functional Design Documents (FDD) for various SAP ABAP WRICEF objects, Object Oriented Programming, Adobe Forms, Webdynpro ABAP, Business Application Programing Interface (BAPI), Business Add-In's (BADi's), and SAP CPI iFlows;
  • Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients, utilizing tools including HP Application Lifecycle Manager, BMC Remedy Tool, ServiceNow, and Rally Software; and
  • Driving the design of SAP HCM and EC Payroll system for integration and to work with offshore development teams
to develop solutions.Other
