- Manage schedulers within the group.
- Assist in development of processes and best practices.
- Mentor, review and QC subordinate’s work.
- Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.
- Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.
- Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner.
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.
- Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.
- Recommending actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
- Experience in Primavera and MS Project a requirement also experience in TiLOS preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, accounting, or related field from accredited program. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of related professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to identify potential problems and elevate these to the appropriate levels(s) of management.
- Familiarization with Project Controls procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, etc.
- Previous internship and/or related consulting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum guidance.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Available for occasional after-hours and/or weekend duties as work volumes dictate. Travel to the Corporate Office or off-site locations for meetings and training as requested.
