We structure the engineering internship to allow candidates the opportunity to develop knowledge and skill-sets unique to our industry. Although there is no guarantee of employment, it is our goal to have our interns fully capable of stepping into an entry-level engineering position upon graduation.Supporting Job Elements:
  • Evaluation and analysis of technical and commercial information/data to tell a story, make decisions and offer valuable insight on products, markets and manufacturing processes
  • Market assessments to understand where our products are used and where they can be used by customer, region and application
  • Cost analysis for commercial competitiveness and cost reduction efforts
  • 3D model reviewing and evaluation for fit and form assessments
  • Project management to track and report on progress to a given timeline
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team throughout the organization and internationally to get support from other subject matter experts
Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Power BI knowledge will be a plus
  • 3D modeling software experience (any)
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
