efficiency and accuracy while multitasking.Reports To:The Construction Accounting Intern reports to Construction Accounting ControllerDuties/Responsibilities:Assisting in monthly draw and bookkeeping for construction projects.Entering and reviewing construction invoices, payables and assisting in payment
processing.Working with other members of the construction accounting team to help with bank recs, monthly draw packets and financial review.Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and
complete financial records.Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office
operations.All other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Skills and Abilities:Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.Education and Experience:Must be a recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters in
Accounting.Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of
accounting and financial principles.Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.Physical Requirements:Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
