Vaco is seeking an Accountant for a Direct Hire opportunity! The accountant position is on site in Northern Kentucky.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with all internal policies and external financial regulations.Prepare cost reports for state and federal agencies.Develop and maintain reporting systems and processes to provide financial and budgetary insights to clinical directors and managers.Develop expertise in software applications to improve financial process efficiency and effectiveness.Build and maintain financial reports using systems such as Credible and Dynamics.Support month-end and accounting period close processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems (experience with Dynamics preferred).Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
