We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Waukegan, IL. The selected professional will work with a diverse student population, providing direct therapy services, conducting evaluations, and supporting the development of communication skills to enhance academic success.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)Provide therapy sessions to students in group or individual settingsCollaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation and progress reportsParticipate in IEP meetings and provide recommendationsRequirements:Master’s degree in Speech-Language PathologyIllinois state licensure and PEL (Professional Educator License)ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredPrevious experience in a school-based setting is a plusStrong communication and organizational skills
